Two years ago the Supreme Court overruled Roe vs. Wade, determining abortion rights are not protected under the Constitution. This ruling did not ban abortions nationwide however gave states the right to ban or limit abortions within their jurisdiction. Today, there is a divide, some states have banned or limited abortion rights whilst abortion rights in other states remain protected.
